Orange County

Orange County plans to apply for the Mitigation Reallocation Program (MRP) funding from the Texas General Land Office (GLO). Accordingly, the County is soliciting qualifications from Texas-Registered Engineers to provide engineering services for application preparation and project implementation for a MRP contract(s), if awarded.

Please submit 3 paper copies and an electronic copy in PDF format of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the following address: Orange County, Attn: Michelle Carroll, Purchasing Agent, Orange, TX 77630. Email: mcarroll@co.orange.tx.us. Proposals must be received by the County no later than September 01, 2026 by 2:00 P.M. to be considered. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more service providers(s).

Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
